About me
My name is Laura, and I'm a passionate word lover in any language. Finding new challenges, reading, writing, taking pictures, scuba diving, exploring the world and embracing the unknown is what gives me life.
I graduated in French and English Philology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and later obtained a Master's Degree in Audiovisual Translation and Localization from the University of Cadiz and ISTRAD, with Spanish — English — French combination. Growing up in a bilingual environment helped me to become fluent in languages. Since then, I've ventured to know new locations and to increase my knowledge in different fields, for example, SEO positioning or Copywriting. Now, I'm following my path with my third degree in Translation and Interpreting, and two more languages: German and Russian.
Why the Diario de bitácora? Logbooks are reminiscent of times gone by, when data from maritime routes were first recorded and written down during voyages on the high seas. This is how I'd describe this place: A journal of stories between the sea and the mountains.
